Self-Help 

• Once you find a shift that you're interested in.

• Go over all the details and made sure you have all that is requested (Ex: If the employer is asking for safety shoes. You will need to have a pair to complete this shift)

• Once making sure to go over detail and have everything you need Click "TAKE THE JOB" in green.

• Review the instructions regarding Covid protocols, cancellations, and availability.

• Click "YES" to confirm.

• The job is now yours!

• Go to the job description page.

• Look for the " arrow " icon. next to the companies address on the right side

• Click on the icon.

• The app will redirect you to Google Maps.

• Find directions and ensure that you know exactly where you need to go for your shift.

• Go to your upcoming jobs.

• Find the job you want to cancel.

• Click on the " 3 dots " icon on the right-hand side.

• Choose "cancel shift".

• Provide 24-48 hours' notice so that we can find a replacement member.

• That's it!

• Go to the main page.

• Look for the tab on the top left side that says "KM".

• Click on the tab.

• Choose the distance you're comfortable traveling to for work.

• Keep in mind that you will only see job listings within the range you've selected.
